For our customers in the UK mainland we offer FREE shipping on all orders over £10 in total. Depending on size and weight orders will be sent by Royal Mail or courier. Priority next-day courier is also available in the UK mainland charged at £8.99. Please note that depending on workload orders can take up to 24 hours to process Mon-Fri. All our books are here in stock at our warehouse, if a title is listed on our site it is available immediately.

International shipping starts at £5.99 per book including packing and handling sent by Priority Airmail, where your order is flown to the destination country and then joins the local postal service. Quouted delivery times are approximate but 5-9 days for Europe and 9-16 days for USA and Canada should act as a guide.

Orders over a few kilos in weight will generally be sent by 3-5 day courier. Customers in Europe for example can order up to 30 kilos of books at capped courier rates of as little as £19.99 per box order.

If you are not a business there are certain circumstances in which you may withdraw from the supply contract and these are set out here.

a. You may withdraw your order for goods at any time up to the end of 10th working day after you have received the goods. You do not need to give Ogma Books any reason for withdrawing your order nor will you have to pay any penalty.

b. The only circumstance in which you cannot withdraw your order is where you have taken the goods you have ordered and they are no longer in their delivered condition, e.g. taken out of the sealed package in which they were delivered.

c. To withdraw your order you must notify Ogma Books in writing at care@ogmabooks.com We will then respond with return instructions.

d. If you have received the goods before you withdraw your order then you must send them back to Ogma Books at your own cost and risk unless the goods were supplied faulty or damaged. If you withdraw your order but Ogma Books has already processed the goods for delivery and you have received them, you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to Ogma Books at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

e. Once you have notified Ogma Books that you are withdrawing your order, any sum debited to Ogma Books from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
